Soler spent much of Tuesday in talks with businessman Juan Villalonga and club shareholder Vicente Soriano, fuelling rumours the controversial president was set to sell his shares in the club.
But the club released a statement on their website, www.valenciacf.es, denying this was the case.
It said: "(Tuesday's meeting) remains framed in the context of a professional relationship which has been maintained for some months, in which the business potential for Valencia CF and their new stadium in the international market was analysed.
"In no way was it about buying and selling the shares in Valencia belonging to Juan Soler.
"The presence of Vicente Soriano was at the request of Juan Villalonga, who wanted the second highest shareholder of the club present in the meeting."
