Borussia Dortmund were beaten at home by Udinese in round 1 of the first leg of UEFA Cup. A counter attack led to the first goal with Antonio Flore Flores racing through to score past goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller in the 8th minute. Then in the 34th minute Simone Pepe set the ball up for Gokhan Inler, and the Swiss international midfielder made no mistake to double the visitors' lead. The result leaves Udinese strong favourites to qualify, ahead of the second leg in Italy in a fortnight.
