I had a very bad experience with Overstockssilver.com. I ordered 2 pair of sterling silver heart earrings that were suppose to be similar to Tiffany heart hoops and looked similar in the web picture. The earrings didn't ship until I emailed them several days later (of course they charged my credit card already and said they shipped). When I received, they were just bent wire with no stye. I showed to several people and they agreed the earrings were bad. I sent the earrings back and I have proof they received on 3/3/08. As of today 3.28.08 my credit card has not been credited. The worst interent buying exerience ever.

Horrible Horrible experience. I ordered 2 rings and it supposes to ship with a NEXT DAY AIR service. The rings didn't ship and charge for 2 weeks until i called them 3 times and 2 emails. Finally someone called and charged for the rings, and told me that the rings will be arrive within 2 weeks....
Now, it been more then a month, i haven't get anything and even i email and call, no one respond!!....
